There are too many cases of dissatisfaction; the main reason is that bids are won at low prices, and cutbacks in quality lead to poor performance and issues in usage. How can this be solved? Given the current situation, it seems there is hardly any solution.

It is best to choose equipment with good cost-performance based on the manufacturing processes of the device and the conditions of the company itself! We are only discussing faults or problems here, and exploring solutions. No business talk!
These days, even larger companies and groups start comparing prices among different suppliers to win bids at lower costs; it’s hard to do business these days. It’s not possible to do it unless the product being sold is really good.

Internal leakage of the valve is a quality issue. The fact that the switch doesn’t work after some time is not considered a quality issue; usually, the switch stops working due to a fault inside the valve body
If there is internal leakage in a valve, there are generally two reasons for this. One is that the valve hasn’t been closed properly, which leads to internal leakage; this can be resolved by adjusting the full-close position of the actuator or positioner. The second reason is a problem with the valve’s internal components – damage to the sealing surface of the valve stem seat. In such cases, it’s necessary to consider the severity of operating conditions and whether the material used for the valve’s internal components is suitable for those conditions. There are no photos of the process parameters or the disassembly; can we discuss this?
What is the medium for butterfly valves? Is it dust or smoke? Are the upper and lower valve stems stuck, causing the valve not to operate, or is it a problem with the actuator that prevents it from functioning?
I do not participate in bids won at low prices. I only manufacture valves that meet standard national, American, and German specifications – quality corresponds to price. The valves I sell are of the same quality whether priced at 70 yuan or 100 yuan.
