(12) Business training: Management indicator content – Waste generator units shall provide training for their employees. Key implementation points: 1. A training plan must be developed, specifying the targets and content of the training. The training targets should include those responsible for pollution control, as well as managers from relevant departments such as production, sales, and finance. It should also cover frontline workers in various production units, those involved in pollution control of waste materials, those responsible for the transportation of materials/waste, and security personnel ； The training content must cover various **laws, regulations, and rules related to environmental management; the characteristics of hazardous waste; the correct methods and procedures for the collection, transportation, and temporary storage of hazardous waste; the operational procedures for different production units and pollution control units; license management systems; the rules and regulations regarding hazardous waste management established by the organization itself; as well as emergency response plans. 2. There are detailed training plans and training records. 3. Training for all relevant personnel should be provided at least once a year, and new recruits must receive relevant training before taking up their duties.
