How many people don’t know what date it is today? How many people don’t know what day of the week it is? Just because they don’t know the date, the mooncakes that are always on the coffee table at home seem ordinary; just because they don’t know the day of the week, I’m surprised when my wife asks where we should go tomorrow – after all, we’re workers who work round the clock! Shift workers suffer from severe disruptions in their biological clocks. One mindset for day shifts and night shifts.
