Seeking advice on heating lubricant tanks

As the title suggests, in production sites located in cold regions of the north, the lubricants used often solidify in extremely cold weather conditions, which affects their usability and transportation. How do people usually solve this problem?
We usually use electric heaters, but it is also possible to add a steam coil under the fuel tank to heat the oil
Are there manufacturers that supply complete sets? I mean that the oil drums purchased need to be heated first.
