Is the design of low-pressure boilers universal?

Our company previously manufactured a low-pressure steam drum with an operating pressure of around 0.8 Mpa(g), using baffle and corrugated plate separation elements. If the operating pressure increases to 1.5 Mpa, can we still use this same design structure? Is it feasible to just change the number of waveform plate separators and adjust the length of the steam drum?
Theoretically, it is possible, but you need to check whether the various parameters after such modifications are reasonable; it is recommended to conduct verification calculations.
