I would like to ask what the four key performance indicators for instruments are as specified by CNOOC and CNPC. Thank you; is there any source for this information?
Automation loop utilization rate, instrument utilization rate, instrument integrity rate, interlock utilization rate
Four rates of instruments: availability rate; Usage rate ; Control rate ; Leakage rate.
Good rate = Actual number of good units / Total number of units × 100%; Utilization rate = Number of times in use / (Total number of times – Number of circuits taken out of service due to process reasons) × 100% Control rate = Number of control circuits in use / (Total number of control circuits – Number of circuits taken out of service due to process reasons) × 100% ; Leakage rate = Number of leakage points / Total number of sealing points × 1000‰
I’ve learned about it; it’s the first time I’ve heard of the four rates related to instruments. There’s still much to learn*·····

In the past, we used five rates: the interlock operation rate was 100%, the integrity rate was over 95%; the circuit operation rate was 100%, and the instrument operation rate was over 95%. There are two types of leakage rates: the leakage rate at dynamic sealing points was below 3%, while the leakage rate at static sealing points was below 0.05%
Required for the instrument four-rate report: instrument integrity rate, utilization rate, control rate, and leakage rate.
We generally keep it above 97%, with a leakage rate of three per thousand
Four rates of instruments: availability rate; Usage rate ; Control rate ; Leakage rate.
Thank you, I would like to know the indicators for these four rates……
