In previous articles, we discussed what projects can be undertaken (methods for evaluating the merits of projects), what tools can be used (the advantages of QQ Space compared to WeChat), and what can be created using these tools (high-value virtual products). Today’s article will build on these three topics: now that we know the tools and the products, what remains is the choice of marketing strategy. http://upload.admin5.com/2015/1102/1446449128859.jpg The only purpose of writing this series of articles is to help you, after reading them, use the free resources available to you in order to create a small system for making money. How to grow and expand is something to discuss later. “You can’t become fat by eating a lot at once, but often the starting point is the most important. Maybe you’re reluctant to take action, but if you don’t act, nothing will ever change. Here, I would like to share with you a perspective from the field of strategy and politics. In traditional success motivation courses, the instructor stands on stage with trembling eyes, full of enthusiasm; you who are sitting there might currently be going through a tough time, not knowing what to do or how to proceed. But when you’re full of enthusiasm, you might feel like you can do anything, that controlling the entire universe is within your reach! But what’s the result after attending those classes? Especially for those in the sales industry, they always face such problems. I can’t muster any energy when I’m not in class; the energy and focus I have during class only last for a while, and once that energy is exhausted, I need to recharge it. But from the perspective of those who focus on strategy, I simply don’t have time to seek motivation! Because seeking motivation usually happens when one doesn’t know what to do next or is too lazy to make changes. Incentives won’t change anything. The strategy-focused approach holds that, whether you know what to do next or not, you must take certain actions to change the current situation, and these actions are directly related to the problems you are facing. For example, if you owe 1 million in debts and the company goes completely bankrupt. What needs to be done is not to go and see Carnegie, but to think about who else can help you get back on your feet. Try to make a change; perhaps your mischievous friend from elementary school has now become a bread king in Africa. A few million is a piece of cake. But if you don’t try to make changes, you will eventually get stuck and achieve nothing. The outcomes are nothing but good and bad. A 50% chance – why not give it a try? What Edison really taught us is not the spirit of perseverance, but rather the strategy of constantly changing the tungsten filaments used in light bulbs! This is perhaps what lies behind the success of successful people, something we cannot see, or something they fail to express properly. My marketing approach incorporates many strategic tactics of a manipulative nature; soon, I will be launching exclusive courses on \"Strategic Marketing\", available only online. “The “expert marketing model” is something that many people talk about. Literally speaking, we first need to become experts in order to use that expert status for marketing and selling products! But is that really the case? After all, most of us don’t have the ability to see beyond appearances; we can only judge things based on their literal meaning and the text information we have at our disposal. The most common way of selling products in Q Space is to upload a bunch of photos and product descriptions, and then try every possible method to get people to see this content. The outdated concepts of relying on traffic – the idea that \"where there is traffic, there is sales\" and that \"traffic is king\" – continue to influence most space marketers. In the end, many people died because of traffic – it’s an endless thing. (This is also the case for most students who are engaged in \"weixin marketing\" – they keep adding friends! It’s all based on the same principle.) Moreover, it’s very difficult to find a stable source of traffic these days. Give an example. Last year, QQ groups introduced a group reminder feature, and many developers created software tailored to this feature; as a result, a large amount of traffic was generated in a short period of time. But the authorities promptly closed this vulnerability. It can be said that this type of marketing strategy relies on software vulnerabilities and unfair tactics to acquire large amounts of traffic, which is not a sustainable approach. Once the vulnerability is fixed, you’re done for. It is then necessary to look for other vulnerabilities; this is a particularly exhausting task that also requires good fortune. (Explanation: “General traffic” refers to those who are interested in your product, but they aren’t necessarily willing to purchase it; only a small portion of them might be likely to buy it. “General traffic” = the opposite of “targeted traffic” + “targeted traffic”). What’s different about the “expert marketing model” is that it can continuously and automatically gather targeted traffic, or in other words, it can continuously and automatically gather fans. As an expert, some of your words carry authority, and some of your actions can even change someone’s life. In front of experts, those who believe in them will not question their products excessively. Because they have enough trust in experts! You think. One of the most difficult issues to address in online marketing is the issue of “trust”. Jack Ma created Alipay to solve this problem. The expert marketing model is also a marketing approach developed to address the biggest obstacle in this sales process. The principle behind it is this: when you provide sufficient value to your fans, you will naturally receive the corresponding material rewards, provided that you have products available that encourage your fans to make purchases. Based on the principles above, it is not difficult to understand why the statement that only the “Expert Mode” can save you holds true. Because while you’re struggling because you don’t have enough traffic to sell your products, the fans of the expert marketing approach can spread the word about you, bringing you a steady stream of new fans. The value you provide to your fans (in the form of content), gets shared and reposted over and over again, which helps your fan base grow larger and larger. And these people are called fans because they represent targeted traffic. Compared to “general traffic,” the volume of transactions for this type of traffic is dozens, or even hundreds, of times higher. More importantly, he is your fan; even if this product isn’t purchased, he might buy other products. Even if no deal is struck this year, it might happen next year or the year after that! Among my students, those who are constantly interested in K marketing and Fanyun Network account for 70% of the total. In other words, most of your fans spend money in a rational manner; they will support you at the times they deem appropriate! Now you understand what the expert marketing approach is. So it only takes two steps to get the hang of it. As long as you are willing to play. In the future, I will provide some specific examples; due to character limits today, I won’t go into detail. Step 1: Turn yourself into an “expert”. Note that my “expert” is in quotes. Step 2: Present your value like an expert! Note that I mean like an expert. In strategic marketing, there are many aspects that first provide you with insights to encourage you to think for yourself. Because things that are too harsh, if exposed to sunlight altogether, don’t seem quite proper. I’ll only say that as for how to act like an expert, and how to turn oneself into an “expert,” that is left for the internal trainees to learn*. Firstly, experts usually have strong writing skills; therefore, you too should write high-value articles related to the product, just like an expert. Articles should not only be of high value but also accessible for dissemination. An important aspect of dissemination is the title of the article, as well as the design of mechanisms that encourage sharing and forwarding. I will explain in detail in the subsequent logs. There are 11 ways to write a good title. Secondly, experts usually appear on camera, so if you can be in the video, then record a few clear and concise videos. If your on-camera performance is good, then record some videos weekly or even daily. Videos have far greater reach and credibility than text. People are lazy. I prefer watching videos. In the video, even if you share just one piece of knowledge. Therefore, its value will also be 3 to 5 times greater than that of text sharing. Once again, experts usually have their own knowledge systems, and one of the simplest ways to build such systems is by defining concepts and creating models. You can define something that can only be explained in one sentence. For example, in the previous article, I mentioned the concept of “subjective value”. When you have your own established concepts, your fans will be drawn into your world, and naturally, a group of people will come to recognize your authority. Regarding model building, my humble understanding is that it involves the interrelationships between several concepts, which you can clarify using charts. A broader understanding involves establishing one’s own theoretical framework, such as the “Strategic Marketing” framework that I have developed. I’ll only mention these three points: the specific times at which logs are sent and posts are published; there’s not enough space here to go into those detailed aspects. It will be reserved for future YY meetings or formal training courses.
