Regarding minimum temperature requirements for transportation

Our company has a batch of equipment to be sent to Russia. The operating temperature for this equipment is above zero degrees, and the working medium is steam or water. For material selection, Q345R and 20-grade pipes, which are conventional materials, are being used. Since shipment will take place now, we need to know the minimum temperature required for transportation; how should we request this information? . .
I haven’t come across this before, but one can refer to the plasticity transition temperature of Q345R, which is -30°C.
Since it’s not under pressure during transportation, the steel plates generally won’t get damaged by freezing; the concern is that other components might be damaged, or that there could be uneven temperature conditions
It must not be lower than the lower limit of the material’s operating temperature, which is -20 degrees
This might be due to the low temperatures in Russia. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
It’s because of the extremely low temperatures in Russia; currently, the standard is set at no lower than -20 degrees. I’m not sure if that’s correct. . . .
