Safety precautions for outsiders entering the company

Everyone is about to enter the company’s production area to carry out activities. Since this area uses a large number of **chemicals – some of which are flammable and explosive, highly toxic, corrosive due to their acidic or alkaline properties, or involve high pressure – any carelessness could lead to fires, explosions, leaks, poisoning, or burns. There are also many rotating equipment units in the factory, which can easily cause mechanical injuries, resulting in personal harm and property damage. Therefore, it is essential that everyone follows the following safety rules during these activities: 1. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited within the company. All persons entering the factory area are not allowed to wear high-heeled shoes, shoes with metal spikes, sandals, or slippers in the production areas. 2. A smoking ban is in effect within the factory premises; smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the company. 3. Unauthorized entry into fire and explosion-proof production areas is not permitted. Our company’s fire-resistant areas are equipped with clear safety warnings, as well as prominent yellow warning lines. Please be aware that it is strictly prohibited to bring items such as lighters and matches into these fire and explosion-proof production areas. Mobile phones must be turned off, and it is not allowed to use them inside such areas. 4. There are many high-voltage facilities and rotating mechanical equipment within the factory premises; please do not touch any devices or equipment that are in operation, nor should you touch valves, control buttons, or other facilities on the pipelines without permission. 5. The company’s electrical setup is complex; it is not allowed to connect or disconnect electrical equipment without permission. The company assigns professional electricians to each work site. If temporary power is needed, please inform the company’s electricians who will be responsible for connecting or disconnecting the power supply. To prevent electric shocks and safety accidents, 6. Please stay within the designated areas: The company’s production processes are complex and involve many hazards; therefore, it is not allowed to enter areas outside these designated zones. In particular, it is strictly prohibited to enter areas prone to fire and explosion, as well as areas where corrosive substances, agents that can cause burns, or toxic materials are present. 7. The pharmaceutical production process is complex, with underground and above-ground pipelines crisscrossing each other; the production area is narrow, and there are numerous pipelines for various materials as well as operating equipment. Please make sure to pay close attention to your surroundings during the activity to avoid injuries such as mechanical damage, falls from heights, or electric shocks. 8. Without the approval of the company’s responsible person, filming that is unrelated to the area of this event is prohibited. 9. The company assigns a responsible person at each work site; if help is needed, please contact the on-site staff of the company promptly. 10. In case of an emergency, do not panic; stay calm. The company has assigned a person in charge for each work site, so please follow the instructions of that person in charge and evacuate the site in an organized manner.
