Methods for dealing with expired high- and low-expansion fire foam liquids

I would like to ask fellow sailors: what are the methods used in your plants to handle expired high- and low-expansion fire foam liquids? If it ends up at the wastewater treatment plant, it will produce a lot of foam; the manufacturer doesn’t recycle it, and once its shelf life expires it still has to be disposed of? Do you all have any good suggestions? Thank you
