Those with application data, please share it. In our facility, the total CO2 level in the air after passing through the molecular sieve exceeds the allowed limits; we want to use the third-generation version, but there is no application data available for it.

Hehe, we’re using type 3. Before switching, the operating cycle of the molecular sieve was 4 hours; after switching to type 3, it became 6 hours. Additionally, a pre-cooling step has been added to the process before heating. Since the operating cycle has increased while the amount of steam used remains the same, some steam is saved as a result. It has been running for a year, and the performance is good.
Was the pre-cooling blow time not added to the cold blow time? Was a separate step created?
Try to shorten the cycle, or check whether the outlet temperature of the air-cooled tower is too high; even examine whether the carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere is too high, as well as whether there are any chemical plants in the vicinity that emit carbon dioxide
UOP’s APGIII in the United States has a 30% higher dynamic CO2 penetration than APGIIA, but what kind of data are you looking for?

Is it an isolation step? Why not add it directly to the cold blast? Anyway, releasing contaminated nitrogen is still considered waste gas disposal~~
