Both Yester pumps and Nash pumps are manufactured in Zibo. The difference is that Yester uses corrosion- and wear-resistant composite materials, while Nash uses metal materials; as a result, Yester pumps do not suffer from losses in mechanical precision due to wear and corrosion over time. The geometric dimensions of the components of these two types of pumps are exactly the same, allowing them to be used interchangeably. All the pumps and vacuum pumps in our company are from NASH; currently, due to the operating conditions, the vacuum level is often close to the limit, above 98. So the pump’s rotor assembly and disk, among other components, suffer from severe cavitation over a period of about 1.5 years. For liquid ring pumps, operating near the limit – none of them can do it, as cavitation will occur in all cases! A pre-pump must be added!
