In pipeline descriptions, there are distinctions between passing through and crossing. My understanding is that when a pipeline passes directly above a building, it is called a crossing ； When a pipeline passes through the middle of or directly below a building, it is called penetration ； It doesn’t matter if the pipeline passes by buildings and structures. I’m not sure if my understanding of traveling through time and space is accurate.
I agree with the original poster, but can having the pipeline pass along the side of the building also be considered as crossing?
