Dear sea friends, I recently installed several percent oxygen detectors. The readings on the instruments at the site appear normal, but the display on the controller does not match those readings. I have checked the channels and wiring, and they are all in order. I’m not sure how to deal with this situation.
It could be signal attenuation, and compensation is needed

For a simple test, use the DC MA setting and connect it in series to the signal line at the controller side, in order to measure whether the current in the signal line matches the current corresponding to the value read by the field probe. If they match, the controller is recalibrated; if not, the circuit undergoes voltage stabilization. Additionally, circuits within a normal range of 300 meters can function properly; if the distance is too great, a voltage stabilizer must be used to stabilize the circuit.
I think you should first check whether the range at the site matches the range of the central control unit

What was said on floor 4 is correct: first measure the current output of the detector on-site, and then measure that of the controller to check whether the input signals are consistent. If there is a discrepancy, it indicates that signal interference occurred during this transmission process. Additionally, the distance between the detector and the controller needs to be considered; a 4-20ma distributed system can transmit signals over a maximum distance of 1000 meters. (Another possibility is that the range of the controller or the settings for the medium being measured are incorrect; this type of error is quite basic.)
It depends on which company makes the product; you can ask the manufacturer for the specific specifications
I think the fifth floor is the right choice; first check whether the ranges are consistent, and then address the signal issue
