What preparations are needed before assembling the tray?

(1) Parts that are still usable after maintenance should have any surface contaminants such as oil, slag, rust, sediment, and burrs removed. (2) The new parts to be replaced should be checked to ensure they meet the requirements of the drawings. (3) Before assembly, the tray plates, liquid distribution plates, crossbeams, etc. can be stored on site, but care must be taken to prevent deformation, damage, corrosion, etc.; the site should be kept clean. During assembly, handle all components of the tower plate carefully to prevent collisions, deformation, and contamination. (4) The bubbling elements on the tray should be checked to ensure they meet the standard quality requirements. (5) When working on the tray, maintenance personnel must wear clean rubber-soled shoes and should stand on the crossbeams or wooden planks that support the tray. (6) The load-bearing capacity of one tray layer shall meet the specified requirements. (7) Protective measures should be taken for the sealing surfaces of manholes and manhole covers, as well as for the pipe openings at the bottom of the tower, to prevent damage or blockage. (8) The assembly of the tray can be done in a horizontal or vertical configuration. Laying the components should be carried out after the levelness of the tower body and the verticality of the support rings have been adjusted to meet the requirements, and the tower body must be able to rotate. Components that are prone to falling off the tray are assembled after the tower is in place. Erection should be carried out after the verticality of the tower and the levelness of the support rings have been adjusted to meet the requirements.
