Hydraulic oil is generally water or ethylene glycol, and it does not freeze under normal conditions. It seems that a heating coil is installed, similar to in a fuel tank.

How can testing be carried out during the system commissioning phase if steam is not available? Moreover, if the lubricant temperature is low, its viscosity becomes very high – what happens then if there isn’t enough lubricant supplied? I actually think there are many unreasonable aspects in the design of pressurized gasification using pulverized coal, and it is necessary to draw on the design concepts of other gasification systems.
Does the coal pulverization pressurized gasification furnace have a hydraulic system? That’s a mistake, right?
