Ultrasonic flowmeters do not have an instantaneous flow rate

There is a DN100 Kamrup ultrasonic flow meter in use, and suddenly no flow was detected while it was operating normally. Could everyone help analyze what the problem might be?
The medium used for measurement is hot water; the installation is vertical, and it has been in use for two years. It was working fine just a couple of days ago, but suddenly stopped functioning. I checked the cables on site and found no problems. Several units have encountered this issue recently; I’m seeking help from everyone. Thank you

Has the medium temperature exceeded the operating range of the flow meter? Are there bubbles in the hot water, which could affect the measurements?~~
This one is probably designed for external installation, right? I’ve been using it for 2 years now. Hehe – just remove the transmitter and receiver units, clean them thoroughly, apply coupling agent again, and then your flow meters will be able to function properly.
