Recently, the chimney has been emitting white smoke; I’m not sure what the problem is. The operations in the sulfur production section are running smoothly, with the ratio remaining around 2

It should be water vapor formed by high temperatures :)

If this phenomenon did not occur before and there are no abnormalities in SO2 emissions, then I first suspect that there is a leak in the boiler or economizer located behind the incinerator, or that there is a leak in the steam valves and water valves that feed into the system. It may also be related to the drop in temperature.
The possibility of water vapor condensing is low; it won’t condense that quickly. Moreover, the temperature of the gas entering the chimney is relatively high, so increasing this temperature might help. The most likely cause is acid mist. What process are you using? Is it WSA? Or is silicone oil being sprayed? You can try increasing or decreasing the amount of oil sprayed. However, it seems that a company in China has developed an improved solution that allows the chimney to emit no smoke at all
