There is a solid waste incineration project in which the solid waste piles (slag wax and woven bags) are classified as Category C. Question 1: Are they still considered hazardous emission sources? Question 2: Since the yard is enclosed, is ventilation taken into account? Question 3: If ventilation is considered, can it be discharged directly into the atmosphere?
