Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is seeking a Director of Equipment Management and a Manager for the hydrogen peroxide production facility. Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang. 1. Position to be filled: Director of ES Management (Director of Equipment Management). Responsibilities: 1. Strictly implement relevant laws, standards, regulations, procedures, and implementation guidelines related to equipment management, and develop corresponding management systems; 2. Be responsible for organizing and participating in the entire process of managing important equipment, including its design, selection, manufacturing supervision, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Also involved in negotiating technical agreements related to such equipment, reviewing plans, and overseeing completion inspections, as well as ensuring that all documentation related to project completion is complete; 3. Organize inspections and evaluations of major rotating and stationary equipment to ensure optimal production capacity and product quality； As well as focusing on technical advancements related to equipment, and promoting the use of new equipment, technologies, and materials to drive technological progress; 4. Participating in the formulation and review of plans for the procurement and replacement of equipment parts and accessories; 5. Developing various rules, regulations, and operational procedures for equipment management, preparing inspection forms for equipment and facilities, and ensuring their implementation ； 6. Ensure the proper operation of equipment, as well as its management, maintenance, repair, and upkeep; develop repair plans for key equipment to guarantee the successful completion of the project ； 7. Equipment planning and participation in equipment procurement ； 8. Organize the review of technical measures and maintenance plans, and participate in the completion acceptance. Qualifications: 1. A college degree or above, in a related field such as machinery, engineering, or automation ； 2. More than 10 years of experience in the maintenance and management of power equipment; familiarity with static and dynamic equipment in the petrochemical industry, with at least 5 years of experience in equipment management within the chemical industry. 2. Position to be filled: Hydrogen peroxide plant manager. Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for all aspects of operations related to production, technology, quality, and safety in this plant ； 2. Ensure that production tasks are completed on time, with high quality and in full accordance with specifications ； 3. Manage the production team, supervise and guide subordinates’ work, and improve their capabilities ； 4. Complete other work tasks assigned by company leadership. Qualifications: 1. Over 35 years old, with a junior college degree or above in a related field such as chemistry engineering ； 2. At least 8 years of work experience in the production and management of hydrogen peroxide facilities ； 3. Familiar with the site of chemical production facilities. Same device has priority. Familiar with relevant technical standards, management norms, and procedures ； 4. Preference will be given to those with experience in leading hydrogen peroxide projects throughout the entire process from planning to production.
