I would like to share a coking technology: for the treatment of desulfurization wastewater, forced-circulation double-effect evaporation technology is used to handle the wastewater generated by the HPF method for desulfurization in coking plants. This process operates under negative pressure, allowing for continuous treatment; the number of workers required is reduced to one-third of the original amount. The steam consumption per ton of desulfurized wastewater drops from 1.8 tons to 0.6 tons, and the operating cost per ton of desulfurization wastewater is approximately 90 yuan.
Is the extract a single salt or a mixed salt?
Are there any details on cost calculation? Thank you
Our company is currently installing a demonstration unit for sulfur paste treatment and salt extraction, which makes use of entirely new technologies. After it starts running, everyone can discuss it. For mixed salts, we have outlets in the downstream market; we have jointly developed new products with downstream customers.
The waste liquid cannot be processed; it’s a real headache, and there is significant pressure related to environmental protection
Could you specify how much you are investing in your new technologies?
How much investment is expected for this new technology? What is sulfur ointment turned into?
How can continuous operations be achieved? Could you give some guidance?
