The suction pressure in the side flue on the machine side is currently set at 250 Pa; the opening angle of the flap has been adjusted to its maximum, and the large flap at the base of the chimney is also set at its maximum opening. Yet the suction pressure still cannot be increased. What should be done?
Do you have denitration equipment installed there? If it exists, check the denitration system; under normal circumstances, this kind of problem should not occur.
What type of furnace? How many holes? How tall is the chimney? Flue gas temperature?

The chimney is designed to be low! Also, the flue gas temperature is way too low! There’s no way! Who designed it?
