Does the scale of the general layout plan have to be 1:250, 500, 1000? Can scales such as 1:400, 600, or 650 be used instead?
1:250, 500, 1000 are common ratios and are highly recommended. 1:400,600 is not a common ratio and is not recommended. There’s no such ratio of 1:650; if you use it, the homeowners will definitely laugh at you. One more thing to note: it’s best if your overall layout plan and the equipment layout plan are in an integer ratio. This makes it easier for you to zoom in.
