Does an intelligent valve positioner have a torque motor?

I would like to ask: does an intelligent valve positioner have a torque motor? There is a problem with the operation of the valve positioner; it is suspected that the torque motor is at fault. What could be the cause? Could it be that the air source is not clean?
I’ve never heard of this torque motor, and it’s also a pneumatic intelligent positioner; its main components typically include a circuit board, piezoelectric valves, position feedback resistors, etc.
You can find out by taking the motor apart and checking its structure; some have them while others don’t.
Smart valves consist of two main components: a positioner and an actuator. The actuator used is typically a pneumatic one, which offers the advantage of strong overload capacity and simple maintenance.

I’ve never heard of torque motors; there are only two types of smart positioners: those with piezoelectric valves and those with nozzle dampers!
