Dear seniors, I want to enter the PCB industry, but I have many questions about it at the moment, so I’m reaching out to you for help. (1) I completed my master’s degree in electroplating and electrolysis-related fields; I’ve also conducted some experiments on chemical plating. I would like to know what role the electroplating department plays in the PCB industry (2) I checked online; the PCB working environment is very harsh. Is it really that bad? Is it not easy to dry over a long period of time? (3) What will be the future prospects of the PCB industry? (4) Are there many PCB companies in Jiangsu and Shandong? I’m troubling all the seniors here:lol:lol
It’s a good department, but I suggest you not go there; you can conduct research work at relevant research institutes. There are many such factories in places like Kunshan, Jiangsu
Sigh, I applied so many times but no one paid any attention. It seems it’s not easy to get into this industry, or is it difficult to find a job before the New Year? ? :'(:'(

I guess it’s because of your high level of education – ordinary circuit board factories can’t afford to hire you. Besides, you don’t have much practical experience either. I suggest that it would be better for you to work in research and development or in the field of plating chemicals
My classmates from the same class also worked in electroplating; they went there as soon as they graduated, while I didn’t think about it until after working for a year. It’s probably not easy to get in, but I still want to give it a try
