Is such a residence time sufficient?

Treatment process: coagulation tank — lime softening tank — soda ash softening tank — high-efficiency sedimentation tank. The processing capacity is 300 t/h; the capacity of the first three tanks is 7.2, and the residence time is only 1.44 minutes. Is this sufficient? Will under-activated lime milk react with soda ash?
The time is too short; even with stirring, such a brief period is not enough. For inorganic reactions, it is best to stir for 15 minutes or more.
