I would like to ask: during the production process, the higher-level safety supervision department identifies some explosion-proof-related issues that need to be addressed, such as minor problems related to bonding and end caps. Should it be fixed on its own, or is it necessary to seek a company with the qualifications to repair explosion-proof electrical equipment? I think this requirement is a bit too excessive. Are there any relevant regulations?
What are the issues with splices and end caps? What needs to be repaired?
We carry out the necessary corrections on our own; it’s sufficient as long as everything meets the regulatory requirements. For example, in the case of static electricity bonding, it’s enough that the static grounding wires meet the specified standards.

Bonding wires are necessary when the number of bolt connections is insufficient. Additionally, it seems that there is no specialized qualification required for explosion-proof maintenance work.

Everything that can be done at home is done by myself. Only when internal technology isn’t sufficient is outsourcing sought
Everything is handled by oneself: the explosion-proof electrical equipment is installed manually, all wiring ducts are connected using explosion-proof tubes, and flange jumpers are made from copper sheets or multi-strand copper wires.
