2015 Annual Statistics Post on Outstanding Members of the Technical Team

Once again, we request that the leaders of each region identify the outstanding members of their respective technical teams who have been active in interactions and provided assistance within their regions this year. The Life Region and Promotion Region are not included in this activity; other regions should reply promptly and submit reports! Purpose: The excellence of our HaiChuan is closely related to the leadership of the regional managers and the proactive management of the team, but it is also thanks to the contributions of many outstanding team members with excellent technical skills. Thanks to these outstanding members, technical issues can be addressed, allowing everyone to obtain solutions or suggestions ； It enables everyone to learn knowledge ； It allows everyone to experience experience ； It can more effectively address the problems around us. Without the presence of these individuals, through communication and discussion, we can grow and become more professional. The purpose of selecting outstanding members from the technical team this time is to ensure that these people feel their efforts were not in vain; it serves as an acknowledgment and encouragement for their hard work, enthusiasm for discussion and exchange, while also laying a foundation for the development of our HaiChuan team and our region in the coming year. There is no fixed format for the response; the heads of each region are requested to recommend the usernames and UIDs of 1–5 outstanding technical members from their respective regions, with the Process and Mechanical regions allowed to recommend up to 6 members. At the same time, the technical team’s super edition can also recommend outstanding members of technical teams. The deadline for submitting recommendations is December 16, 2015; please respond promptly, team leaders in all regions!

Notable achievements: Conducted lectures on topics related to the registered chemical engineering professional exams (3 sessions have been held so far). For each topic covered in these exams, he not only summarized the key knowledge points but also predicted exam questions and conducted in-depth analyses of cases from previous years’ exams. At the same time, various questions raised by users are answered promptly, in detail, and with accuracy. It is worth mentioning that for questions related to exam topics, he would patiently derive the formulas and provide detailed solutions in order to better assist his peers. 2) Suspected legitimate user (UID: 513353) served as a registered mechanical/public utility engineer in May 2015. Key achievements: He created an online one-on-one Q&A forum dedicated to the Registered Public Equipment Engineer examination, providing answers regarding the examination policies, regulations, basic registration requirements, as well as questions related to the power engineering field; he also handled questions related to the First-Class Constructor qualification exam on a part-time basis. The answers to the questions are very detailed, and the response is enthusiastic. It regularly publishes exam news and information, as well as shares materials such as summarized past exam questions. Although the Registered Machinery/General section is not very popular, his outstanding performance has helped this section gain a good reputation and popularity.
