As stated in the title, after the organic solvents and solids are separated by filtration (pressure filtration or suction filtration), they are sent to a double-cone rotary vacuum dryer for drying. So, what happens to the evaporated solvents?
This amount should be very small; generally, it is treated together with the filtrate (mother liquor).
For one of my projects, the client required the installation of a condenser on the vacuum pipeline to condense and recover that solvent. I wonder if this will work? Also, where is the vacuum pipe connected to the dryer?
Not much condensation occurs, and to achieve compliant emissions, facilities such as adsorption and incineration are still necessary.
After vacuuming, the non-condensable gases go straight into the vacuum system – can they be sent to the exhaust gas treatment system? With such high investment costs, companies may not be willing to go for it
This is a very common design approach for dryer systems; the vacuum pipeline can simply be connected to the dryer’s exhaust pipeline.

It is best to install a condenser on the vacuum tube to recover the solvent. Firstly, this prevents environmental pollution; secondly, it makes it possible to recover the solvent
This is quite common in the fine chemical industry; it involves cryogenic recovery. The portion that cannot be recovered enters the exhaust gas collection pipe through the discharge tube of the vacuum unit, where it is sent for incineration.
