In which table should the conventional valves in the process package be filled in?

The process package includes a list of equipment, instrument data sheets, pipe characteristic tables, special valve data sheets, and so on. I would like to ask: Which table do regular valves such as ball valves, check valves, control valves, etc. fall under? Where should the relevant information for them be filled in?
It falls under the specifications table for process installation equipment; it should be part of the installation process

During the process package phase, it seems that these conventional valves don’t require a separate table, right?； These should be reflected in the comprehensive material list of the detailed design.
Routine valves do not require a separate data sheet. We just create a simple Excel list indicating which valve is located on which PID, in which zone, and on which pipeline. Then there are descriptions of temperature, pressure, and grade. But this is different from special valves, control valves, and safety valves. This table is solely for internal control purposes related to processes, pipelines, materials, and procurement; no drawings are produced as a result of it.
