Plant manager for the demonstration plant: 1. At least 20 years of work experience in large and medium-sized refineries, ammonia synthesis plants, or similar manufacturing facilities; at least 15 years of experience in managing branch plants. Those with experience in commissioning core coal-to-oil processing units are given priority. 2. Experience in commissioning key units in refineries (such as catalytic cracking, catalytic reforming, and hydrocracking units). 3. Experience in commissioning key units of ammonia synthesis plants (such as gasification units and synthesis units). 4. Ability and experience in developing plans for starting up and shutting down petrochemical units. 5. Ability and experience in formulating overall processing plans for petrochemical plants. 6. Possess the ability and experience to prepare for emergencies in petrochemical plants and make correct decisions. 7. Preference will be given to those with experience in petrochemical project design. 1. Possesses good professional ethics and a high sense of responsibility, as well as strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills along with effective execution capabilities. 2. Possess a strong awareness of production safety management. 3. Familiar with using office software such as Office and AutoCAD. 4. Hold a senior professional title.
