Shared nitrogen sealing system

Three storage tanks share one nitrogen sealing system (for preventing pressure build-up and loss in the tanks), so why is there still a remote pressure gauge installed on the vapor line of each tank? Is it to be more accurate, in case the pipes get clogged?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2015-12-21 06:58. 1. Concerns that the pipeline from the single tank to the water seal tank might get blocked. 2. Under normal conditions, the vapor lines of the three tanks are connected in front of the water seal tank; the pressures of the three tanks should be roughly the same, or exhibit a relatively stable deviation or a consistent trend of change. If one of the pressure sampling ports becomes blocked, it is easy to detect this, which functions as a form of \"three-out-of-two\" verification. ——Furthermore, when the pressure tap of the pressure gauge becomes blocked, the pressure will rise abnormally during the day when there is plenty of sunlight, as the space between the blocked area and the pressure gauge is very small and is entirely exposed to direct sunlight, resulting in a significant increase in temperature. 3. When the pipeline behind the water seal tank is blocked (under sealed discharge conditions), several pressures will change in a similar manner. It also relies on comparing multiple tables with each other to make judgments.
