Help: What exactly do DW consumption and CWS consumption refer to in the economic evaluation document?

Estimated cost of production (production expenses): Based on a feeding rate of 1.0 t per hour of MA (in the PTA industry): Steam consumption: 300 yuan/h; Electricity consumption: 5.2 yuan/h; DW consumption: 7.2 yuan/h; CWS consumption: 170 yuan/h. Total production cost: 300 + 5.2 + 7.2 + 170 = 482.4 yuan/h. *Note: The figures above are estimates; variations may occur depending on the manufacturer. What exactly do DW consumption and CWS consumption refer to?

In HG/T 20519-2009, DW refers to domestic water or tap water, while CWS refers to the feed water for circulating cooling water; does it refer to these two?
Yeah, I’ve already downloaded HG/T 20519-2009 and am looking at it now. . .
