Experts, what is the difference between 16MnD grade 3 forgings and Q345D grade 3 forgings?

As far as I know, there is no forging grade designated as Q345D at the moment; there are pipes made of Q345D, and forgings made of 16MND can be used at lower temperatures than pipes made of Q345D. . .
