Gas station fuel tanks and areas with open flames or sparks

In the Code for Design and Construction of Automobile Fuel and Gas Stations GB50156-2012 (2014 edition), the provisions regarding oil tanks and areas where open flames or sparks may occur refer to Article 4.2.1 of GB50016-2006; however, the current version is the 2014 edition, and such provisions can be found there. I would appreciate some guidance from experts. Additionally, according to the 2006 edition, “areas where open flames or sparks may occur” refer to industrial open flames or spark-generating areas, as well as separate boiler rooms, and do not include open flames such as those found in household cooking appliances. So, assuming there are chimneys from residential buildings nearby our gas station, how should this safety distance be calculated?
The chimney in a residential house is considered an open flame, while a stove inside a house that doesn’t have a chimney is not an open flame.
There is no difference between 4.2.1 of GB50016-2014 and GB50016-2006. The description of storage tanks and locations with open flames or sparks can also be found in Note 3.
