Flow rate issues in cam-type twin-rotor pumps

Our company has a cam-type twin-rotor pump. Model: 40TLS3-4C Electric; Power: 2.2KW; Flow rate: 3M3/h. It is produced by Ningbo Delisi Pump Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture. The material pumped is a certain aqueous solution (80°C). Transport at atmospheric pressure. Tests were conducted using 80-degree hot water and room temperature water respectively. Pump failure: The flow rate of the pump at room temperature is normal. The flow rate of the hot water pump kept decreasing, going from 33 L/MIN to 20 L/MIN, and then to 8 L/MIN. I would appreciate the guidance from all the teachers.....
The problem has been resolved; it turned out that the hardness of the local tap water was high, and scale formed in the hot water, blocking the filter
