My employer plans to add new services and obtain the design and manufacturing certificates for Class A2 pressure vessels. According to TSG R1001 and TSG R2001 (draft version), it is sufficient to conduct at least 2 design trials and 2 production trials for each type of product respectively. If we carry out design trials and production trials on heat exchangers and storage tanks, once we obtain the necessary certification, can our company only design and manufacture these two types of products, or can we also design and manufacture all products that fall under Category A2 pressure vessels?
