Seek process for cleaning tank trucks to eliminate unpleasant odors

Our company’s ammonia station has an atmospheric-pressure underground cleaning tank truck with a capacity of about 60 m3, used to receive materials for cleaning the interior of ammonia tank trucks. Ammonia tank trucks are cleaned using 0.4 MPa steam; the cleaning time for one truck is approximately 1 hour, with a steam consumption of 0.15 T per ton. After cleaning, they are sent to the storage tanks of the cleaning trucks. Due to the high temperature, there is a strong odor from the venting. There is no circulating water around; only domestic water is available. It has been reported multiple times due to the unpleasant odor; is there any good method for dealing with this issue? Please help!
If the air release volume is low, use a water seal and replace the water regularly
