May I ask, what installation method are experts currently using for polysilicon cores? Is there any grinding cone available? Let’s discuss the usage effects together.:handshake
Are you referring to the connection between the silicon core and the crossbeam’s tapered hole, or to the area where the tail of the silicon core meets the clamping lip and is tapered?

The top of the silicon core and the bottom of the cone at the junction with the crossbeam were not cut into a square shape for installation
Currently, both the silicon core and the crossbeam are likely joined using tapered holes. At the junction between the tail and the clamping lip, it is sufficient to ensure a smooth shape for the tail area; there is no need to round it off. Rounding the tail of the silicon core reduces the contact area, and moreover, due to the longer tapered length of the tail, internal stresses may be generated.
So, are there any manufacturers in China that can currently provide high-quality cone grinding equipment? Please give recommendations; there are rewards!
The bottom grinding cones are gradually being phased out; manufacturers that specialize in top grinding cones and drilling in crossbeams can handle this task, and the results are quite good once standardization is achieved.
