I would like to ask everyone: In which standard is it stated that for GB13296-2013, heat exchange tubes should be made of steel tubes that have been cold-drawn or cold-rolled?
What is the basis for following the statement written on the drawing?
It means that heat exchange tubes can only be seamless steel tubes of the cold-drawn or cold-rolled type; welded tubes cannot be used.

The allowable deviation for the outer diameter of cold-drawn or cold-rolled heat exchange tubes should be smaller; hot-rolled stainless steel heat exchange tubes cannot meet the requirements specified in GB/T151 regarding the allowable deviations for the outer diameter of heat exchange tubes in Class I and Class II tube bundles

The standard selection and forming requirements for heat exchange tubes are mainly GB150.2-2011 and GB151-2014; You need to take a close look at these two standards. The drawings specify that \"steel pipes of the cold-drawn or cold-rolled type should be used\", presumably because the toxicity of the medium used in the equipment is high or extremely hazardous ; GB150.2 specifies that for heat exchange tubes dealing with highly or extremely hazardous media, welded tubes cannot be used; seamless steel tubes must be employed instead.
