During air separation unit shutdown, why does the seal air check valve of the booster keep making a clicking sound? I would like to ask the experts, what is the reason? Is it normal?
I just thought about it, and it seems reasonable. If the sealing gas is present in a sealed area, when the pressure before and after the check valve is equal, the valve closes. If a small amount of sealing gas leaks out, the check valve opens, and this process repeats itself. . . .

After the vehicle comes to a stop, if the fuel system stops operating, the sealing gas is also shut off. At this point, a small amount of sealing gas still flows through the piping network; when there is sufficient pressure, it pushes the check valve open. Once opened, the pressure dissipates naturally, after which the check valve returns to its original position. This process of pressure buildup, opening, pressure release, and subsequent return to normal continues in an endless cycle
This indicates that your backup sealing gas is in use~~ Additionally, the pressure difference on both sides of the check valve is relatively small, causing the valve disc to strike the valve seat back and forth~~
