What exactly is my problem?

I graduated from a second-tier university with a degree in chemical engineering processes in 2014; after graduation I worked in a small storage and transportation company. I felt that my work was only loosely related to the field of chemistry, and among my classmates who graduated around the same time, only three or four were working in the chemical industry. I worked in shifts at the transfer station for a year; recently I moved to the office, and the work pace in this small town is very slow. I recently went to a big city to visit some classmates; compared to the fast-paced work environment there, I feel that I’m not strong enough. Later, I talked with my classmates from the chemical plant; they had more experience and were more proficient in processes and equipment, and I felt I was far behind them. These past few days, I’ve suddenly felt a lot of stress; I seem to be growing further and further away from other people, and I have many negative emotions. What should I do?
I usually try to learn more on my own; I graduated last year and now work shifts in the manufacturing sector
Don’t run around looking for classmates in big cities
Just learn more on your own and work hard to improve yourself
Don’t rush; make a plan and take your time.
Being able to identify shortcomings in a timely manner shows that you are motivated to improve. What follows is figuring out how to keep making progress – not by comparing yourself to others, but by striving for personal improvement.

Work hard, learn more*, and gradually improve yourself. . . There’s also a saying that comparing oneself to others is exhausting. . .
Everyone has their own advantages and difficulties. Be down-to-earth, strive to improve yourself, while you’re still young
Up there, they’re just spouting nonsense; what’s actionable about it? If a person’s willpower is not strong enough, it is the environment that plays a decisive role. In a good environment, even those at the bottom are still better off than those in the middle or upper ranks in a poor environment. In life, one should not seek comfort nor rush for success; it’s necessary to have one’s own plans. Perhaps due to limited perspectives, one may not be aware of one’s true capabilities or where one’s future lies. As long as the general direction is correct and confidence remains, by adjusting directions, goals, and attitudes in a timely manner, the future will not be too bad
What are you pursuing? Inner needs? It doesn’t matter what others think; what matters is one’s own heart.
