Treating the company as one’s own home is no longer advocated these days. My family can spoil me, but can your company do that? I’m sick; my family will take care of me. Can the company do the same? I don’t have a girlfriend; my family will help arrange one for me. How about through the company? I feel very tired today. My family will warm the food somewhere without disturbing my rest. Is that okay at the company? If I throw a tantrum, my family will tolerate it – can my company do the same? So, just tell him that I finish my work during working hours, and my free time is mine own. I’m not at the company wasting its resources on superficial tasks, nor am I trying to get overtime pay.
