Safety inspections inevitably involve fines, but too much of them is not good, especially as the New Year approaches. Constant fines may lead to excessive negative emotions. Do anyone have any practical safety reward systems that could serve as a reference? I would be very grateful!
As long as you have the funds, it’s fine to determine this based on your company’s actual situation; what works for other companies may not be suitable for you.
Rewards for identified hazards: Hazards detected by the work teams are managed in a categorized manner; those that constitute serious hazards qualify for rewards at the factory or company level, with the amount of such rewards starting at 1,000 yuan. This practice plays a significant role in fostering a strong safety culture within the enterprise. For minor safety issues, the workshop must also offer rewards to encourage employees to identify and report such issues. Hidden danger management is essentially risk management; it is actually the core of safety management as well as the core of HSE system development.
