I. Supervisor’s requirements: Electricians, please pay attention – keep the construction procedures in mind. Based on the design drawings, carefully examine them and raise questions. Cross-construction involves many variations; standards and specifications must be memorized. Provide instructions before construction begins, and the material plan should be submitted early. Civilized construction comes first, with safe production taking top priority. Technical measures must be effective, and quality assurance must be systematic. Model practices should be promoted, and T.Q.C. should be implemented for quality control. Advanced technology should be adopted, and new processes should be used for operation. Inspect materials and equipment first; fill out the record form in detail. The products must come with certificates of conformity, and all inspection certificates must be available. II. Construction preparations: There are many items to be prepared; the details are listed below. Power and lighting distribution boxes, high-voltage distribution cabinets. Wires, cables, rigid busbars, large lighting fixtures, and lightning protection. Circuit breakers and transformers, various types of current transformers and motors. Operation mechanism and instruments, emergency power supply capacitors. Don’t forget about transformer oil; for batteries, use sulfuric acid solution. Both pipes and wires need to be inspected, as do cement utility poles. The supplementary materials must be qualified, and all attachments should be complete. Installation holes should be prepared in advance, and their positions and elevations must be accurately determined; the beams, columns, walls, and ceilings should be aligned with the openings of the boxes, as well as the decorative surfaces. The unevenness must be corrected; the 2-centimeter depression needs to be repaired. The surrounding seal must be tight, with no air pockets to ensure an attractive appearance. III. Wiring installation: Buried pipelines must be protected, and the pipes should be installed at the center of the wall. The structural pipes need to be rust removed, and anti-corrosion paint should be applied inside the earth walls. Reinforcing bars for conduit should be tied; welding between main bars and the conduit is not allowed. Tubes should be connected using threads; welding butt joints are also an option. For pipes over 70 mm in diameter, sleeve welding is permitted. Align the pipe opening with the center of the sleeve, and ensure that the length of the sleeve is standard. Outer diameter of the 2.2x diode; welding of a thin tube sleeve is strictly prohibited. The pipe clamp connects to the ground wire, and welding must be done on both sides at each end. The wire tube should be concealed inside the box, with spot welding applied around its edges. Only three to five spot welds are made, with the weld seams coated in anti-corrosion paint twice. The alternating current is below 50 volts, with 102 volts as the limit for direct current. It belongs to the safe voltage category, and no bypass wiring is required for the piping. Fire alarm button junction box should not be installed behind a wall with a concealed box. The pre-embedding work is completed; the grounding connections must be complete. Conceal work upon completion of the process, and conduct timely inspections for acceptance. The hidden content is divided into five points, with all project locations specified in detail. The zones are connected to the grounding electrode, with wire conduits embedded in the structure. It cannot be placed inside the ceiling; concealed installation requires piping to be laid. The main reinforcement connections are used for lightning protection; the resistance before concealment is measured and recorded first. All three parties have signed off; please save the documents and file them. For engineering changes that require negotiation, turn to the design institute for assistance with the challenges. IV. On-site installation: Most of the work is completed in coordination with the project, and conditions are available for wiring during installation. The structural engineering has been verified, and the brick-and-mortar finishing is nearly complete. The finished product is well protected, and dryness inside the pipes ensures insulation. For safe construction, the colors of the wires must be distinguished clearly. The main line colors need not be distinguished; the box branches must be clearly visible. The neutral wire should be light blue, while the live wires are yellow, green, and red. Green and yellow are for PE; they should not be chosen arbitrarily. At all parts of concealed piping, connections must be made tightly. Wires must not be exposed, and the box covers must be closed. Don’t underestimate the threat of rodent-related fires; reliable power supply is ensured. There are regulations regarding wire connections; welding and wrapping are absolutely prohibited. Screw knob for strain relief cap; single-strand aluminum wire should be used. The cross-sections of the wires must match, and there should be a smooth transition between copper and aluminum connections. The wiring inside the box is bundled, with excess connections inside the enclosure. Clean, tidy, and pollution-free; the protective covers are complete and labeled. The box flap should be grounded, and the PEN conductor must be clearly distinguishable. For single-phase sockets, prioritize safety: left for neutral, right for live, and top for ground wire. Below the three phases, a triangle is formed; the ground wire hole is larger on the top. Once the light switch is installed, it looks aesthetically pleasing when aligned horizontally and vertically. For surface installation, proceed in sequence, with pre-inspection for each step. V. Inspection and acceptance: Pre-inspection shall be conducted for openly installed piping systems; the inspection content comprises seven aspects. Variety specifications and elevation, fixed location, and appearance. Do not neglect the anti-corrosion treatment, including the pipes inside the ceiling. Pre-inspection is carried out as part of the process, and there are various aspects to the inspection. Power cord for the adapter, light switch, and cable. Both strong and weak power outlets should be available, along with cable trays and trays. The direction of the power outlet must be correct; the equipment’s position cannot be off. All installation dimensions match, and the inspectors attached name tags. A summary should be made for each process, along with self-inspection and mutual inspection by the team. After the wires are inserted, test their insulation; record the results carefully and do not neglect this step. The equipment should have proper power and lighting facilities, with complete main and branch circuits. System lightning protection and shielding, working ground for anti-static purposes. All 4 types of grounding must be implemented, and schematic diagrams should be drawn for concealed inspection. After the installation is complete, run tests next. Self-controlled motors and heating, signal audio, and antennas. Firefighting TV and phone, monitoring battery and power generation. After completing the comprehensive tests on a single unit, all operation test records must be complete. Don’t forget advanced construction; the full load must be tested. The commissioning period is limited; refer to the regulations and specifications. After the installation and trial operation procedures are completed, the final overall quality assessment is signed off. Finally, as-built drawings need to be prepared, with careful review of the change orders. With careful planning and verification, achieving high-quality work is not difficult.
