Our company has a set of equipment for potassium chloride crystallization. The level of the saturated solution inside the crystallizer has a significant impact on the entire system. Currently, we are using magnetic float switches lined with F4 material, but potassium chloride crystallization often causes blockages at the inlet and jams the float, resulting in inaccurate level detection. What type of level detection instrument would be suitable to address the issues related to crystallization, corrosion, and accuracy?
