What should be done if stages 3 to 5 of the CO2 compressor are not in use?

Due to production adjustments, our factory’s CO2 compressors are designed with five compression stages; however, now only two stages need to be used for gas output, while stages 3 to 5 are not required. How should this be handled?
Is it possible to remove the valves in stages 3, 4, and 5? By doing so, stages 3, 4, and 5 will not perform any work, which will meet your requirements; the only downside is that there will be more noise at the site.
Ask the manufacturer to help you calculate whether stages one and two can achieve a balanced overall piston force on their own; if so, it will be sufficient to disconnect the large ends of the connecting rods for stages three, four, and five from the crankshaft.
I don’t understand what the original poster means If only two pressure stages are needed, it’s simply a waste of high-power motors – no real savings at all!
