How to calculate the pressure relief rate of a container

Pressure is released directly to the atmosphere through a pressure relief pipe. The inner diameter of this pipe is 0.2 m, its length (including all types of resistance) is 50 m, and the material of the pipe is carbon steel. May I ask, what is the relationship between the pressure inside the container and the pressure release speed as well as the pressure release time?
The discharge volume needs to be determined based on the pressure inside the container, the volume of the container, and the parameters of the discharge pipeline, right? Also: The medium inside the container is carbon dioxide
