Problems with Emerson Coriolis mass flowmeters

The Emerson Coriolis mass flow meter CMF400A443NRZMZZ can operate normally for 6 hours after being powered on, after which an alarm is triggered indicating a sensor error. This issue occurs each time it is powered on. When the wiring is disconnected, it is detected that the drive coil is open-circuited; however, sometimes it returns to normal operation. Could anyone in this group help by checking whether they have encountered the same problem? My meter costs over 400,000 yuan, and I’m not sure what to do about it

It fluctuates in performance – this could be due to poor contact, or an open circuit in the drive mechanism; as a result, no corresponding vibration is generated, and thus no Coriolis force is produced. It is recommended that you consult the manufacturer
Find the person who sold it to you, and that’s who you should turn to. What’s the use of posting on forums? It’s a product worth over 400,000; it should at least come with a two- or three-year warranty
Check whether the sensor connections are secure. If there are no issues, contact the manufacturer by phone for guidance on how to handle it; if that doesn’t work, have the manufacturer send someone to resolve it. Confirm that there is indeed a fault; within the warranty period, it should be replaced or repaired as appropriate.
