There is a pipe in the company’s equipment; it is 20 meters long, has a total of 6 elbows, valves at both ends, and no insulation layer. During use, hot water at a temperature of over 95 degrees is delivered through this pipe every 2 hours; operation stops after about 5 minutes, and the valves at both ends are closed. The problem now is that about 5 minutes after it is turned off, this pipe starts making a clicking noise, accompanied by severe shaking of the pipe. Solve? !
Try adding an exhaust valve between the two valves

It is caused by thermal expansion and contraction; a vent valve can be installed at the high point to serve as a compensation mechanism when the system is not in use.
It should be water hammer; if the pipeline can have a gradual drop in elevation, there should be no problem.
Do you mean to lay the pipe at an angle?
This is due to thermal expansion and contraction; the pipe is shortening, and the pipe supports on the bracket are moving intermittently. This is caused by excessive friction between the bottom of the pipe supports and the bracket

Both end valves are closed now, so there should be no water hammer
When installing the pipes, just make the area under the pipe supports smooth. It’s not easy to fix it now; try applying some lubricant to the friction surfaces of each sliding pipe support
